What you can do

Turn events in any app into reliable email.

Send from any trigger

A new row in a sheet, a closed deal, or a form entry can send a branded, authenticated email.

Act on delivery events

Catch MailEnv bounce and complaint webhooks in Zapier to update your CRM or alert your team.

Keep lists in sync

Send new subscribers to MailEnv for verification before they reach any list you mail.

How to connect

Set it up in a few minutes.

You'll need a MailEnv API key and a verified sending domain.

Same guardrails, whatever triggers the send.

Mail sent from Zapier goes through the same authentication, suppression, and throttling as mail sent from your own code. Suppressed or unverified addresses are blocked no matter where the request comes from.

  1. 1 Add a Webhooks actionIn your Zap, add a Webhooks by Zapier action and choose POST.
  2. 2 Point it at MailEnvSet the URL to the MailEnv send endpoint, the payload type to JSON, and add your API key as a Bearer token.
  3. 3 Map your fieldsMap from, to, subject, and body to fields from your trigger, then test the step.
