MailEnv is committed to respecting your privacy. This policy outlines what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have—especially when using Google OAuth to sign in or grant permissions.

  • Contacts from your Google account, only if you explicitly grant permission
  • Information about your subscriber lists (email addresses, engagement activity)
  • System usage data (for analytics, troubleshooting, abuse detection)
  • Any info you provide voluntarily (e.g., through forms, support, or communication)

2. How We Use It

  • Authenticate and manage your MailEnv account
  • Help you import and manage contacts from Google if requested
  • Operate, secure, and improve the platform
  • Analyze deliverability and engagement to improve sending performance
  • Detect abuse, spam risk, and maintain compliance
  • Provide support, updates, and service communication

3. Google OAuth Disclosure

If you sign in or connect your Google account, we may access:

  • Your basic profile info (name, email address)
  • Your Google Contacts — only if you grant explicit permission

We use this data solely to populate your MailEnv contact list. We do not store or use your contacts for any other purpose, nor do we share or sell this information.

You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited data with trusted infrastructure partners (e.g., email delivery providers, secure storage) strictly to operate and maintain MailEnv. These partners are contractually bound to protect your data.

We may also disclose data when legally required, such as in response to a subpoena or lawful request.

5. Cookies and Tracking

MailEnv uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged in
  • Track system usage and campaign events (opens, clicks, bounces)
  • Measure performance and user experience

You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

6. Your Choices

You may at any time:

  • Request a copy of your data
  • Ask us to correct or delete your information
  • Revoke access to connected accounts (e.g., Google)
  • Close your account

8. Who Operates MailEnv?

MailEnv is built, maintained and operated by a MIAMI WEB LAB LLC, a US-based company that specializes in web design and development, cloud infrastructure, email marketing and deliverability.

All data is handled in accordance with U.S. privacy standards and regulations.
